Carrot Cake

2 c sugar
1 c oil
4 eggs
2 c flour
1 t soda
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon
3 c grated carrot

Add ingredients in order-

Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.  Check for doneness
