Pork Loins

1 can pineapple (with juice)
1 can mandarin orange (drained)
1 chopped onion
2 tsp curry
pork chop loins
stuffing
Cream mixture (mix all together):
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
6 Tbsp Dijon mustard

salt and pepper pork chops
onion
pineapple, (no juice)
cream mixture
REPEAT
Then put in stuffing and pineapple juice
