Smoky Barbecue Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust
1 1/2 c (6 ounces) shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese blend, divided
2 c chopped cooked chicken
1/2 c barbecue sauce
1/2 c diced green bell pepper
1/4 c thinly sliced red onion

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425F. Roll pizza crust into a 12-inch circle on Classic Round Stone using lightly floured Baker's Roller. Sprinkle crust with 1 c of the cheese.
2. In bowl, combine chicken and barbecue sauce; toss to coat. Dice bell pepper, thinly slice red onion, top crust with chicken mixture, bell pepper an onion. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c cheese.
3. Bake 15-20 minutes or until curst is golden brown
