Fruit Smoothie

Yield: 2-1/2 cups (600 ml)

1 cup (160 g) red seedless grapes
1 cup (150 g) strawberries
1 banana, peeled
1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes

Hint: If using frozen strawberries, do not add ice.

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. 
2. Select Variable 1. 
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. 
4. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
