Lemon Cake

Recipe from Laurie Rudolph

1 pkg lemon cake mix
3/4 c vegetable oil
1 c apricot nectar
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs

Grease pan- heat oven to 350.  Mix all ingredients together, bake at 55 minutes.  Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.

Prick holes in top of cake with a toothpick.  Spoon lemon glaze over cake until glaze is absorbed.

Lemon Glaze:
1/4 c butter or margarine
1/3 c orange juice
1/3 c lemon juice
1/2 c sugar

Put all in saucepan over moderate heat til blended.  Cool 30 minutes before spooning over cake.
