FILLING - 1 lb semi sweet choc chips
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 c. whipping cream
6 T powdered sugar
4 egg whites
Soften chocolate in double boiler (no high flame) add whole eggs then cool to lukewarm. Add egg yolks and mix well. Whip cream with powder sugar until soft peaks, whip egg whites till stiff (not dry) Stir little cream and egg white into chocolate and then fold chocolate into remaining egg whites and cream. Pour into crust and refrigerate 6 hrs. Decorate top with 2 cups whipped cream
