Funeral Potatoes


1 large (32 oz.) Frozen Hash Browns (or 12 large potatoes)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pint sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese (medium)
4T butter, melted
1/3 cup chopped onion (1 small onion) (optional)
Mix with hash browns

Topping:
3/4 C grated Cheddar Cheese (medium)

2 C cornflakes crushed mixed with -
2 T melted butter

Sprinkle cheese and then cornflake mixture.
 Bake 350 deg. For 1 hour.
