1/2 c butter or margarine
1 1/2 c brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c flour
1 t baking powder
1 t salt
2 t vanilla
1/2 c chopped pecans
1 c chocolate covered raisins
Directions
Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, eggs flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, nuts and 1/2 c raisins. Spread in greased 9X12 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool slightly drizzle with icing and sprinkle remaining raisins.
Pecan Icing
1/4 c brown sugar
2 T milk
2 T butter or margarine
1 c sifted powdered sugar
Heat brown sugar, butter and milk until sugar dissolves. Stir in powdered sugar and blend.
