1 1/2 c diced turkey breast
1/2 c chopped onion
1/4 c water
1-10 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 c hot spaghetti
2 T chopped fresh parsley
1/8 t black pepper
1-2 oz jar diced pimiento
Directions
Heat skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add turkey and onion. Saute 3 minutes. Stir in water, soup, and cheese. Reduced heat to low and cook 4 minutes. Stir in pasta and next 3 ingredients. Cook until thoroughly heated.
Yield: 2 servings (1 1/2 c each)
