Peach Apricot Salsa

Ingredients
2 c chopped peeled peaches
1/4 c chopped dried apricots
1 T fresh lemon juice
2 jalapeno peppers chopped and seeded
1 T peach nectar
1/2 c chopped red onion
1 T chopped cilantro
1 T balsamic vinegar

Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cover and chill for 1 hour. Serve with ham, pork or chicken.
